VICTORIA HOLCOMB, MSHS, PA-C

  • Reconstruction & Replacement

Victoria Holcomb is a physician assistant at Valley View’s Valley Ortho, where she works with Dr. O’Connor on joint revisions, as well as total hip, knee and other joint replacements. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware, where she competed in division one track and field, then moved on to earn her Master of Science in health sciences for physician assistants at Weill Cornell Graduate School in New York City.

Victoria hails from New York and worked in the city for ten years before heading west. “I got to know the Roaring Fork Valley because I loved coming here on vacation for years,” she says. Prior to joining ValleyOrtho, Victoria worked at Aspen Valley Hospital.

As a former collegiate athlete, Victoria understands the biomechanics of high-impact physical activity, as well as the process of setting goals and making progress towards them. “I love to see patients go from being in a tough place—debilitated, in great pain—and watching them get back to their favorite pursuits, ready to go,” she says. While Victoria loves working with all types of patients, she finds helping weekend warriors get back out into the world to be especially rewarding because she understands the road they’ve traveled.

Victoria and her husband had their first baby last year and they look forward to getting out on the slopes and trails as a family.
